Mosaic’s strategy involved developing a network of 180 digital brand ambassadors who represented their schools on 51 state-based Facebook and Twitter pages, as well as executed small events on campus. Mosaic created www.delluniversity.com, a website geared to High School and College students showcasing promotions, contests, exclusive student discounts and content from Dell & partners (Microsoft and McAfee) that drove right into the purchase path at Dell.

Dell DBA’s were virally able to expand the reach to more students across the US, beyond the 200 original campuses.
