Taking inspiration from a pair of Red Converse Chuck Taylor running shoes, the core elements of the conference experience were designed to connect with the youthful, optimistic spirit of entrepreneurship despite the inevitable challenges that face co-founders, BDMs, and leaders at the head of their companies. A calculated speaker strategy informed the selection of notable industry experts, change makers, innovators and even Dragons and who inspired action and new perspective. Demand generation was optimized and unique onsite activations were engineered to provide forum for discussion on what SMBs are challenged with and what solutions would close the gap.
In just 3 weeks, red converse shoes became the visual icon of the event, enthusiastically worn by all of the speakers, panelists, hosts and the production team. These shoes were a proud reminder of Rogers commitment to help their customers ‘walk their talk’ in their business and lives.
