Mosaic is excited to introduce the 2013 Chairman’s Award program, which gives employees, clients and customers the opportunity to spotlight employees who exemplify Acosta and Mosaic's shared values of: People, Integrity, Results, Trust, Teamwork, Innovation and Balance.

All Mosaic employees are encouraged to fully embrace this opportunity to recognize one another for the outstanding work they do every day.

At Mosaic, people are at the core of our business – they are our greatest asset. If you have worked with someone who consistently goes above and beyond and truly exemplifies our values, please take the time to show your support and nominate him or her for this award.

How it works

Any employee, client or customer can nominate an employee or team that exemplifies Acosta and Mosaic’s shared values. On September 27, 143 Bronze Circle winners will be announced, along with seven Finalists who will go on to become one of four Silver Circle or one of three Gold Circle winners. All winners will receive companywide recognition and a financial reward. Nominations are due August 1, 2013.

Before you begin

You will be asked to provide detailed information to support your nomination. This may include sales results, performance indicators and other concrete metrics. We encourage you to review the Values and Criteria and the Sample Nomination Form before you begin building your nomination.
