

Mike joined Mosaic in 2000, continuing his notable career in the consumer packaged goods and service industries. Today, he leads the development of several key client service businesses, providing financial management and strategic direction to our teams and clients.
Prior to his role as executive vice president, Mike was the general manager and chief operating officer for Mosaic InfoForce. His overall responsibility during this time was to execute the company's strategic initiatives and lead the development and implementation of new client services across all channels. In his three years leading Mosaic InfoForce, the company grew its revenue by 50%, while improving its material cost metrics by more than 10%.
Mike began his career with Price Waterhouse as a business consultant, working with closely-held companies in the manufacturing and service sectors. In 1991, Mike joined Powerforce Services, LLP as its vice president of finance and helped structure the buyout of Powerforce from its parent company, IDC Services Inc. During Mike's tenure at Powerforce, the company's sales grew by more than 45% to over $60 million. Upon the sale of Powerforce in 1995, Mike co-founded and was CFO for Field Marketing, Inc., which grew within four years to be a major national provider of merchandising and event marketing services with over 5,000 employees and $40 million in annual revenue. While at Field Marketing, Mike led the acquisition team that acquired two companies providing merchandising services in the home improvement channel.
The turn of the century brought many positive changes to Mosaic. One of those was Larry Dorr. As executive vice president of operations, Larry provides expertise in organizational design and business metrics to all Mosaic units.
Since joining Mosaic in 2000, Larry has been responsible for the field integration of the Mosaic & Information Resources joint venture. His early integration and establishment of proper performance metrics allowed the joint venture to exceed all business measurements well ahead of schedule. In addition to the above responsibilities, Larry also functions as the executive sponsor for the entertainment sector and provides leadership for two of our largest client teams.
Prior to joining Mosaic, Larry enjoyed a 20-year career with PIA Merchandising Co. in a variety of leadership roles: division vice president, senior vice president of sales & client services, executive vice president of corporate operations, and president of Pivotal Sales Company U.S. and Canada (a PIA subsidiary company). Larry’s crowning achievement was in being one of four executives that grew PIA Merchandising Co. from $4 million to $128 million before leading the company into a public offering.
Since joining Mosaic in 2003, Dick has been responsible for leading one of Mosaic's largest client programs, with a team of over 1,000 field specialists, 64 field managers, and 15 central support personnel. His strategic and leadership expertise has helped drive exceptional levels of program performance and team growth. Prior to Mosaic, Dick was a business unit director for H-E-B Grocery Company, the number-one food/drug retailer in South and Central Texas. Among his accomplishments was Dick’s success at launching the video category at H-E-B, resulting in $10 million in incremental annual sales. Dick holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.
Gina joined Mosaic in 2003 and now oversees all clients programs managed out of the Irvine office, in addition to the administration of Irvine’s day-to-day operations. Her 20-year career includes nine years with Viking Office Products Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Office Depot Inc.. The majority of her career has been focused on merchandising and buying through department stores, drug stores and direct mail. Before leaving Viking, however, Gina was director of telephone and account management with responsibilities for servicing Viking’s top 10,000 customers, accounting for $80 million in sales. Gina holds a degree in economics and mathematics from Mount Holyoke College and speaks fluent Arabic and French.
Brian brings to Mosaic over 11 years of outsourcing and marketing services experience that encompasses business-to-consumer, business-to-business, distribution, promotional tours and events, telemarketing support centers, and collateral fulfillment. Brian has over 17 years experience in generating consumer and brand awareness, maximizing product visibility, and developing marketing and advertising strategies. In 1995, Brian joined MarketSource and was the executive leadership for the past five years on one of the leading IT companies in consumer retail. Prior to MarketSource, Brian handled consumer packaged goods and B2B accounts as an Account Executive for one of the Southeast’s premier advertising agencies. He also has sales promotion experience in creating and implementing events with such clients as Pepsi Cola, Miller Lite, RCA Records, and Warner Brothers.
Brian received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Longwood University.
Aidan brings to Mosaic a diverse background in sales and marketing. After spending the first five years of his career in brand management with Procter & Gamble, Aidan joined global brewing giant Interbrew, where he held a variety roles at Labatt, including brand manager, marketing director and vice president of interactive media for North America. While in this role Aidan led the development of the company’s emerging internet strategy and was later made president of Beer.com, a marketing/media company built by Interbrew to aggregate 19-to-24-year-old male beer consumers around the world.
Since joining Mosaic in August 2003, Aidan has been responsible for more than tripling the field marketing business in Canada and establishing it as the clear market leader. His exceptional leadership skills and intuitive strategic sensibilities have resulted in a number of new clients to be added to the Mosaic roster, including Daimler Chrysler, Coca-Cola, and Rogers Wireless.
Aidan is a passionate advocate for new forms of media and developing techniques for brands to better connect with consumers. As brands begin to shift a greater proportion of their marketing efforts to more direct contact with consumers the Mosaic field marketing division is ready to meet these needs.
Brian joined Mosaic in 1995, bringing with him auditing and consulting expertise garnered from his work with organizations in the manufacturing, financial services and retail sectors. Over the years, Brian’s distinctive blend of financial and operational skill sets have quickly elevated him from controller responsibilities through to director of finance and ultimately senior vice president.
Today, Brian is responsible for overseeing the human resources, information technology, finance, administration and operational effectiveness functions at Mosaic. To that end, Brian has been instrumental in building the company’s success in the Canadian marketplace. Brian’s most recent accomplishments have included leading Mosaic’s restructuring and alignment of the functional teams behind our core strategies, optimizing resource efforts and driving insights to the business units.
Brian is also unique in having turned a primarily internally focused skill set into a valuable service to Mosaic’s clients, working alongside client service teams. His trademark passion for the business and consummate relationship building expertise continues to drive new learnings and bring focus to all of the company’s endeavors.
