Mosaic’s presence to assist the retailer ensures that the appropriate in-store material is in place during the critical first week of any new DVD release, driving significant sell-through during a time when the majority of promotional activity is occurring for a new title.
To further enhance every DVD title launch, the brand ambassador completes a call report after each store visit (including the store manager’s signature to validate her visit), and takes digital pictures that the client is able to see the same evening on their custom, password-protected Mosaic Website.

The client is kept aware of what’s actually happening in the retail locations via a custom, password-protected portal, which allows the client to feel like they had made the visit themselves.
