Challenge
With a 35% increase in attendees, Clio wanted to elevate its annual internal kickoff event with the theme “Our Blueprint”, tasking Mosaic to create a brand experience that reflected the foundation Clio has built, its unstoppable trajectory ahead, and build excitement for it’s employees like never before.
Solution
We helped Clio host its largest annual kickoff to date, creating a bold new visual identity inspired by the “Our Blueprint” theme and bringing it to life across every touchpoint of the experience. From booking hotels and logistics to a high-energy afterparty, we produced the event end-to-end, spanning across two days of keynote programming and learning sessions, with two off-site evenings including an elevated awards show and an unforgettable party at Rebel Night Club. Mosaic managed all the production and operations, from travel and catering to activations across multiple venues. With 1,585 attendees, 26 rooms of content and experiences, 1,307 hotel rooms booked, and two after-dark events, we helped Clio deliver its largest and most immersive Team Day to date.
