When Google wanted to turn their retail stores into a destination, we replied with a resounding “Ok Google”.

Challenge

In 2021, with the first-ever Google Retail Store set to open in New York City, Google engaged Mosaic to help propel their consumer experience, driving loyalty and becoming a premier retail destination for new product considerations.

Solution

As more and more consumers were choosing to return to brick-and-mortar retail, Google Stores offered the opportunity to touch, try, and experience Google’s devices and services firsthand. Mosaic worked closely with Google to provide a retail staffing model that supported growth and ensured a premium, first-party retail experience.

Whether consumers were coming in to decide on a Pixel phone model or colour, Mosaic’s best-in-class retail associates drove excitement, answered questions and even helped consumers set up and transfer data from their old phone to their new Google device – personalized services they wouldn’t be able to get online.

Since 2021, Mosaic has continued to partner with Google with additional first party retail experiences rolling out nationwide across various stores.
