Challenge
Although 3 Times Square had undergone recent updates and is backed by one of New York City’s most reputable family-owned real estate companies, negative perceptions of Times Square were overshadowing all the building had to offer. We were tasked with helping to solve that through a rebrand and accompanying campaign that truly allowed tenants to see the building for the oasis that it was.
Solution
Humancentric design, curated amenities, a respite from the hustle and bustle of Times Square and a caring and hands-on team that would go above and beyond — 3 Times Square had all the vibes of a boutique hotel, so that became our foundation.
Our brand refresh took visual inspiration from the warm, curated atmosphere of boutique hotels, while messaging played into a personalized, service-driven tone, together creating a brand and campaign that delivered strong on the feeling of hospitality.
